PREMIUM CYCLES

INDOC PREP

  • 7 weeks, 12 sessions per week, including recovery (4x two-a-days per week)
  • Calisthenics/Strength AM Sessions
  • Pool/Track PM Sessions
  • Culminates in Week 7 with mock Indoc PFT

The following cycles are longer and are often tailor-made for a specific training objective (i.e. indoc, selection, etc.). Expect multiple training sessions per day and/or a high overall training volume. Athletes undertaking these training plans are expected to closely monitor nutrition, sleep, and recovery. Caution is advised.

FENRIR

  • 9 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Comprehensive strength program with a heavy emphasis on all-around development.
  • Test weeks on Weeks 1, 5, and 9.

PT TEST PREP

  • 4 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Entry-level program designed for standard military PT tests
  • Begin approximately 5 weeks before PT test date for best results.

  • Ruck- and calisthenic-based Tier 1 Selection prep cycle
