SUPPLEMENTARY CYCLES

These mini-cycles are unique in that they aren't necessarily designed as stand-alone programs. Add these cycles into your existing training plan for variety or to round out weaknesses. Be aware of total training volume when adding in training to your current cycle. ‍‍‍

SWIFT

  • 4 weeks, 4 sessions per week
  • Run-specific program.
  • Sprint, tempo, pyramid, and longer distance work

SHERPA

  • 9 weeks, 3 sessions per week
  • Ruck-specific training program with Speed, Stamina, and Endurance days.
  • Ruck tests on Weeks 1, 5, and 9.

SUPPLEMENTARY CYCLES

VIPER

  • 3 weeks, 3 sessions per week
  • Focuses on developing speed and agility.
  • Emphasizes change of direction both linearly and laterally.

SHIPWRECKED

  • 4 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Bodyweight-only cycle with lower/upper body, speed, endurance, and full body days.
  • Ideal for traveling.
