WORK CAPACITY CYCLES

These programs are designed for pure horsepower. Expect odd implements, interval-based sessions, and plenty of work on the assault bikes and with kettlebells. The sessions still include a fair bit of strength work to complement the energy system training.

OUTLAW

  • 3 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Requires kettlebells, a pull up bar, and room to run.
  • Great for travel and training in austere environments.

WARTHOG

  • 4 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Timed strength work, grip strength and grip endurance. Multiple strength days and multiple work capacity days each week.
  • Long step up sessions for ruck march preparation.

JUNKYARD DOG

  • 3 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Barbell-free program designed to get away from the gym to use odd implements.
  • Tires, sledgehammers, rope climbs, sled pushes, etc.

WORK CAPACITY

RONIN

  • 3 weeks, 5 sessions per week
  • Designed to increase work capacity across various time domains while maintaining strength and endurance.
  • Primarily kettlebell and bodyweight work combined with two strength days per week

  • Adaptive athlete-specific cycle with a heavy emphasis on work capacity and strength-endurance.
  • 1x heavy strength day per week and 1x long endurance/recovery day per week
